The Nesquik range of drinks started off with a mix for chocolate-flavored milk called Nestle Quik in the United States. Nestle Quik later expanded into Europe, Africa, and Australia as Nesquik.

Nesquik is made in various manufacturing plants around the world and the ingredients may not always be the same, may contain wheat and may sometime be contaminated. I’m confused. Their ingredient list in the chocolate powder says it may contain wheat, so how is this gluten free and safe for celiacs?
Hi Amy, thanks for the heads up! It looks like Nestle may have changed some things, so we’ve updated this article with the latest information! It appears that just the ready to drink beverages from Nestle are celiac safe, but all the powders and syrups show a ‘may contain wheat’ label.
