Are Perri Italian Sausages Gluten Free?
Yes, based on our research of the ingredients, we found all three variations of Perri’s Italian Sausages to be free from any wheat or gluten containing ingredients. However; Perri is owned by Johnsonville, and produces all of their sausages/products in the same factories. Therefore there is a risk of cross contamination or other contaminations, so keep that in mind if you have Celiac Disease or a gluten allergy.
I personally have tried both the Sweet and Hot Italian Sausages from Perri without ever having a reaction.
