What is gluten free at Bahia Bowls?

In this article and guide, we’ll highlight all of the gluten free menu items, add-ons, and beverages available at Bahia Bowls. When speaking with the staff, we confirmed that most of the bowls and their toppings are gluten free, it’s just one bowl (the oatmeal bowl), any toast, wraps, and a couple of toppings you have to watch out for.

Nothing is explicitly labeled as gluten free on the menu or website though, other than the granola from what we could see, that being said, pretty much all toppings are GF other than a few that we have listed below! And keep in mind that cross-contamination can still occur, so make sure to notify the staff about your allergy or dietary restriction when ordering.

Summary of Gluten Free Menu Options at Bahia Bowls

Pro tips and a quick summary of everything gluten free at Bahia Bowls

  1. When you order at the restaurant or online/in the app for delivery/pickup, tell them you have an allergy or Celiac Disease so they take precautions with your food.
  2. Bahia Bowls is primarily gluten free. Just stay away from the toast and the wraps along with the Oatmeal Bowl, the S’mores Smoothie, and the cookie butter topping,
  3. Bahia Bowls doesn’t have a dedicated listing for all their stores, but most of their locations on Find Me Gluten Free have reviews and they are pretty much all five stars! This is a safe and easy place to navigate for people with Celiac Disease and gluten allergies.
  4. Personal experiences here are fantastic! I recently visited the Bahia Bowls location in Estero, Florida around Easter 2025 and it was such a great experience. I got the green bowl with superfoods and tons of amazing toppings (coconut, mango, honey, etc.) and I was in heaven. The gluten free granola is so good too. I will definitely be back to Bahia Bowls in the near future, and I hope they plan to expand into the Northeast!
