- Marco’s Pizza has a gluten free cauliflower crust along with pizza bowl and salad options for people who cannot have wheat/gluten. Cross-contamination is a major risk here with the pizza dough and flour particles in the air though, so keep that in mind.
- Marco’s Pizza has a decent rating of 3.5 stars on Find Me Gluten Free, with over 50 ratings from customers. Most people say that the gf crust is pretty good and reasonably priced. However; a lot of reviews mention the cross-contamination risk.
- Personal experiences here are unknown. I am reluctant to try this place, because similar to Domino’s, Pizza Hut, and many other pizza chains, as much as I would love to get the gf crust, I still get sick from the oven or particles. :/ I will update this post if I do try Marco’s Pizza at some point.
